The weather which is very cooling and cosy at night

The fact theres no fans in the room. Fans are basic requirementin a room for comfort The water pressure is very low and makes bathing very difficult

The hotel is located at the cool countryside. The free airport transfer is very convenient.

Does not mention that some of the room does not have fan or aircondition in the website

I booked for standard room for 2 night stay and the rate was usd56. I didn't know that the room doesn't equip with air-cond. I requested to upgrade to air-cond room, then they charge me ir684,000 for 2 night stay which I think unreasonable,and too expensive if we compare to others even in town area, can get better room rate and with better facilities. The room smelly coz no ventilator in the bathroom.

Sorry I dont feel this hotel provide what they should. Even though I paid for the cheapest room / rate, I think the room must be provided at least a fan. No fan, tv area was so poor, water facility on off in the morning during our stay. The hotel should improve it. But the services and staff are excellent.keep it up guys.. Thanks :p

Hotel staff are good and kind. But the room we stay is smelly due to low ventilation and fresh air.I suggest at least provide with fans to improve the room air circulations even if the hotel wants some charges.

We ( i and my wife) chartered a MPV to tangkuban parahu and si ater hot sprint.Written in the sign board advertisement actual cost is Rp 400k but the hotel staff asked for Rp 500k.( all inclusive). We fill that it is not sincere in doing the business.This act will definitely scare away all potential visitors. Please noted.

Easy access to main road but hard to find since it is in the housing area.

1) They will keep your passport upon check-in while other hotel just keep the copy. 2) Do not take the standard room it is without aircond & the bed are hard.

The air is fresh. The view is natural, relaxing. The staff is familiar and helpful

The toilet is smelling.Hot water only when requested, not all the time. The room is not light enough, poorly decorated. No refrigerator. The staff not good at English.

Please provide at least a fan in room if no aircond provide as I book to atay at your hotel for 4 nights but have to move to anoyher hotelafter 1 night stay as no fan provide nor aircon provideplease rectify the samenice to see you again

The view and weather is something you can really enjoy just like Bandung the old times. The staffs were quite helpful.

The standard room does not come up with air-conditioner. Bathroom was smelly and a little bit dirty. Staffs swob the floor right before checked-in and it smelled kinda fishy. I got a standard room which is right after the kitchen and the noises were kinda annoying. Price does not fair enough for room like this.

There are a lot of bad memories regarding this hotel. Starting off with the hotel, having no idea about our reservation. Then the hotel staff acting ignorant whenever we asked a question regarding touristic places to go to. We waited for almost 2 hours in the lobby for the workers to finally find out our reservation. When we checked in, they gave us a room that is not what was mentioned in the reservation through Booked.net. If we didn't complain about that they wouldn't have given us the room we paid and reserved for. We found used condom boxes on the closet, no towel, and when we asked for the towels we had to wait another 3 hours. Reminding them every hour about the towels. Until I had to go myself to the reception and get them. Later on in the evenning at midnight, the workers and other guests were screaming and yelling around in the lobby which was clearly heard in our room eventhough we had a VIP with balcony room. Don't get your hopes high regarding the swimming pool, its for kids only. And it barely reaches 1 meter depth. And the breakfast tastes horrible. All in all, my girlfriend and I are doing a trip around java island and so far this is the worst hotel we encountered. This also affected on us enjoying trhe city of Bandung.
